Opera Company of Brooklyn Performs at Northside Piers
Opera enthusiasts gathered at Williamsburg’s One Northside Piers in November of 2007 for a performance of Tosca by the Opera Company of Brooklyn.
In keeping with the Opera Company of Brooklyn’s tradition of performing in unusual and intimate spaces, Puccini’s classic opera was presented in the never-before-used parking garage of the 29-story condominium building, which was specially outfitted and heated for the event. The event was sponsored by Northside Piers and attended by 100 opera enthusiasts who registered online.
One Northside Piers is a luxury condominium tower on the waterfront of Brooklyn’s Williamsburg neighborhood.
